Reimagined for 2021, Community Day is back! An evening of family fun in spread out outdoor environment. Live music, rides, FIREWORKS and much more family friendly fun.
For 2021, we are running a reduced number of booths than we have in the past to allow for more open space on the field. We are still offering our larger 15'x15' booth sizes!
Due to a more limited supply of booths for 2021, we are more closely limiting vendors of the same type. Once you sign up, if for some reason we have too many of a certain type, your application will be cancelled and your fee refunded. Also, for 2021 we are unfortunately unable to offer any free booths for non profits as we have in the past.
Once you sign up, you will receive a form via email from the Town of New Windsor for a vendor agreement that you must sign and return to us. You will not be able to setup without this form being completed.

Cost Per Booth: $100
Generators & Power
We do offer power for a very limited number of spots for a charge of $75. We'll provide you with one line of power and our power spots are located in a high traffic area of our vendor field.
You may choose to bring your own generator to Community Day. Generators are limited to small and quiet models. Please consider the booths next to you. You must include the generator model with your application. We reserve the right to reject any generator that we feel will disrupt other vendors. Also, if you do not tell us you are bringing a generator and try to use one that day, you WILL NOT be allowed to use it.
